Gary Axisa, Esq.

Gary has been successfully fighting for injured New Yorkers for decades.

He began his legal career as a prosecutor with the New York City Law Department. After a two-year stint as a state prosecutor, Gary returned to the Law Department as a Senior Trial Attorney, where he defended the City in numerous complex and high-profile cases—work that earned him an award from the Mayor of New York City. Since 2004, he has been in private practice, dedicating himself to representing injury victims.

Gary currently serves as a senior trial attorney at the firm. He graduated with honors from New York University in 1990 with a degree in Economics, and from New York Law School in 1993, also with honors. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1994.

While some attorneys believe in “picking their battles,” Gary is not one of them. He fights every case with relentless determination and never backs down when it comes to representing his clients. Known for his aggressive style, high energy, and courtroom charisma, Gary has secured millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements.

When he’s not working tirelessly on behalf of his clients, Gary enjoys spending time outdoors and relaxing with the occasional cigar.
