Rocco Riccobono, Esq. is an accomplished New York plaintiffs’ personal injury attorney with a history in the field marked with great success. He has been practicing personal injury law since 2002. He is very experienced in personal injury matters. He advocates for the interests of those seriously injured in motor vehicle, trip/slip and fall, product liability, premises, work-related, and construction site accidents.  He also litigates medical malpractice, dental malpractice and wrongful death matters. He is skilled at legal research, legal writing, settlement negotiation, and trial practice. 

He is a strong legal professional who attended the University of Chicago and graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. In college, he was on the Dean’s List each marking period. He spent his junior year in Italy with the Brown University study abroad program. He received the Dean’s Scholarship for law school.  In law school, he was invited to join the school’s law journal. A position reserved for those based on academic achievement. While in law school, Rocco was selected to be a judicial intern for Federal Court, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and served for the late Honorable Leonard Wexler. Judge Wexler is highly respected and accomplished in the legal community. He had a significant impact on New York jurisprudence.

Rocco is a volunteer for the New York City Bar Association, City Law Center Pro Bono Project providing complimentary legal services to those in need. He has worked with The Interfaith Nutrition Network for many years, managing soup kitchens, providing food and clothing to various communities in need.  He has also worked for many years with Family and Children, Inc. as a volunteer mentor for teenage boys living in group homes.

Rocco is admitted to the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts. He is a member of the Queens County Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, Columbian Lawyers’ Association and Nassau County Bar Association.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, attending New York City cultural events and traveling.
