Yan Mikhaylov, Esq. is an associate attorney at Elliot Ifraimoff & Associates, P.C., representing clients injured in general negligence matters, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases, such as slip/trip-and-fall incidents. Yan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Touro University Law School, where he participated in the Pro Bono Bankruptcy Clinic, assisting Long Island community members who could not afford legal representation in filing for bankruptcy. Prior to attending law school, Yan earned a B.S. degree in civil engineering. His diverse academic and professional background has equipped him with a sharp eye for technical detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Yan is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
